Điều 4: ĐIỀU KIỆN VÀ PHƯƠNG THỨC TH

Điều 4: ĐIỀU KIỆN VÀ PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN:
4.1. Căn cứ vào thông báo của bên B gửi cho bên A, bên A sẽ trả phí dịch vụ được hưởng theo qui định tại điều 3 của hợp đồng này.
4.2. Thời hạn thanh toán: sau khi bên A nhận được tiền thanh toán từ khách hàng nước ngoài.
4.3. Bên A thanh toán cho bên B bằng đồng Việt Nam căn cứ vào tỷ giá bán ra USD của Ngân Hàng Ngoại Thương Việt Nam tại Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh làm cơ sở qui đổi tại thời điểm thanh toán.
4.4. Trường hợp việc môi giới không thành công, bên A không ký được hợp đồng mua bán với khách hàng, thì Bên A không phải thanh toán các chi phí liên quan đến lô hàng môi giới không thành công
