Theo báo cáo của UBND TP.Hà Nội, các sai phạm còn tồn tại ở công trình 8B Lê Trực đến nay là không thực hiện xây giật cấp từ tầng 8 là phải có khoảng lùi khối cao tầng 3,36 m so với khối đế từ phía đường Lê Trực sang phía đường Kim Mã.
