In this study, the question was selected as a research tool. A question is a printed form containing a list of questions used to gather information and data from the target audience for a particular purpose. The questionnaire will be classified into three parts that Section A, B and C. Part A is to obtain personal information such as gender, age, and religion. Part B is to check the degree of use of technological equipment of the customer, the degree seeking information about their products. Stay in this survey is to examine the level search product information from children in Ho Chi Minh City and the reasons limiting them in finding product information. Finally, Section C is to get asked to answer specific questions related to the research objectives. In this study, the survey will answer questions related to the level of online shopping, their level of satisfaction as well as their opinions about online business models.
