QUYẾT ĐỊNH
(V/v thành lập đội PCCC cơ sở)

TỔNG GIÁM ĐỐC CÔNG TY TNHH VẬT LIỆU NAM CHÂM SHIN-ETSU VIỆT NAM

- Căn cứ Luật phòng cháy và chữa cháy ngày 29 tháng 6 năm 2001;
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 79/2014/NĐ-CP ngày 31 tháng 7 năm 2014 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều luật của luật PCCC;
- Căn cứ Điều lệ Công ty TNHH Vật liệu Nam châm Shin-Etsu Việt Nam
- Xét tình hình thực tế.
QUYẾT ĐỊNH
Điều 1: Thành lập đội PCCC cơ sở tại Công ty TNHH Vật liệu Nam châm Shin-Etsu Việt Nam bao gồm 25 Công nhân viên (danh sách đính kèm) kể từ ngày 01/8/2016.
Điều 2: Đội PCCC tại chỗ có những nhiệm vụ sau:
- Kiểm tra công tác an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy;
- Tổ chức học tập, huấn luyện nghiệp vụ về PCCC;
- Tổ chức xây dựng và thực tập phương án chữa cháy;
- Đề xuất về việc bổ sung, thay thế trang bị phương tiện dụng cụ PCCC;
- Tham mưu cho Ban giám đốc nhà máy những vấn đề liên quan đến công tác bảo đảm an toàn PCCC;
- Trực tiếp thực hiện công tác chữa cháy trong tình huống cháy xảy ra.
Điều 3: Các Phòng (ban) liên quan và các cá nhân có tên ghi tại Điều 1 chịu trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này.
Điều 4: Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.

- Apartment Law on fire prevention and fighting June 29, 2001;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2014 / ND-CP of July 31, 2014 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of law Firefighting;

- Considering the actual situation.
DECIDES
Article 1: establish Firefighting team facility in materials Co., Ltd. Shin-Etsu magnets Vietnam include 25 employees (list attached) from the date of 01/8/2016.
Article 2: the local fire protection with the following tasks:
- Inspection of fire safety;
- Organization of learning, professional training on fire fighting;
- Organization of construction and fire-fighting drills;
- proposal for the addition, replacement vehicles equipped with fire fighting tools;
- to advise the Board of directors factory problems related to the work of ensuring fire safety;
- Direct the work of a fire in a fire situation occurs.
Article 3: the Room (original) concerned and the individuals named in Article 1 shall the implementation of this decision.
Article 4 this decision takes effect from the signing date.
