Khi còn đi học, nhiều sinh viên cho rằng để có thể đáp ứng được yêu cầu của công việc thì cần phải có các chứng chỉ vi tính, ngoại ngữ,… nên đổ xô đi học tại các trung tâm để có được các bằng cấp này.

Tuy nhiên, trong thực tế, các doanh nghiệp, đặc biệt là các công ty nước ngoài lại rất chú trọng đến kỹ năng làm việc, xử lý tình huống, kỹ năng ứng xử, giao tiếp, truyền đạt, khả năng làm việc theo nhóm,…
