LÝ DO ĐỀ XUẤT ĐIỀU CHỈNH:
- Đề xuất phân kỳ thanh toán hạng mục Cống tròn 04300, cọc BTCT 06200 của Nhà thầu nhằm mục đích:
+ Để phục vụ công tác thi công của các hạng mục trên, Nhà thầu sẽ phải tiến hành đúc các cấu kiện Cọc BTCT, Cống tròn và Đế cống. Đến ngày 7/8/2015, Nhà thầu đã tiến hành đúc được 4000m cọc BTCT 45x45 cm và dự kiến kế hoạch tháng 9/2015 sẽ đúc cọc BTCT 40x40cm, Cống tròn và Đế cống. Hiện nay mặt bằng bàn giao thi công còn nhiều vướng mắc, công tác ép cọc và lắp đặt cống sẽ chưa thể thực hiện được ngay. Do đó, để Nhà thầu có thể thực hiện một cách tốt nhất công tác chuẩn bị của các hạng mục trên, sẵn sàng đáp ứng tiến độ thi công khi được bàn giao nhiều đoạn mặt bằng, Nhà thầu đề xuất phân kỳ thanh toán hạng mục Cống tròn 04300 và Cọc BTCT 06200.
