Ranked as one of three scenic gardens in Japan, famous Kairakuen have over three thousand plum trees. Kairakuen is located in the city of Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture capital, Tokyo one hour speedboat northeast. It welcomed tourists visit throughout the year.
