 Loại bỏ các chất không tan pH9:
Thêm từ từ và khuấy đều 1 lượng khoảng 110ml dung dịch NaOH 1M để điều chỉnh pH của dịch chiết thu được ở trên lên pH 9. Lọc hoặc ly tâm ở 2600 vòng/phút trong 1 giờ để loại bỏ tủa xám tạo thành (tủa gây biến tính protein), thu dịch trích trong.

Add slowly and stir 1 of approximately 110ml 1M NaOH to adjust the pH of the extract obtained above to pH 9. Filter or centrifuge at 2600 rev / min for 1 hour to remove gray precipitate formed (precipitated causing protein denaturation), quoted in revenue service.
