10 /. KHÁNG: Kháng (miễn trừ khoản) của các phòng thương mại quốc tế (I.C.C. xuất bản No.421) bằng văn bản này là incoporated trong bản hợp đồng này.

11 /. TRỌNG TÀI:
Trong trường hợp tranh chấp /claim xảy ra trong số hoặc liên quan đến hợp đồng này, nếu các bên ký kết hợp đồng không thể đạt được thân thiện giải quyết trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ sự xuất hiện của nó, là trường hợp sẽ được chuyển giao là để Việt Nam quốc tế trọng tài Trung tâm (V.I.A.C) cho các khu định cư cuối cùng. Các quy tắc của V.I.A.C đang được áp dụng cho trường hợp này. Các giải thưởng của trọng tài sẽ ràng buộc cho cả người bán và người mua. Các bên thua mang tất cả chi phí đó.

12 /. ĐIỀU KIỆN KHÁC:
Tất cả thuế, nhiệm vụ, tiền hoặc chi phí của gì Thiên nhiên trực tiếp áp dụng cho xuất khẩu hàng hóa sẽ cho tài khoản của người bán tại các quốc gia xuất khẩu (Đức) trong khi bất kỳ cùng bên ngoài của Việt Nam sẽ tại tài khoản của người mua. Người mua và người dùng của họ kết thúc tại điểm đến đảm bảo vô điều kiện giấy phép nhập khẩu nếu hàng hóa.
Bất kỳ sửa đổi hoặc bổ sung đến hợp đồng này sẽ là hợp lệ nếu họ là bằng văn bản và ký kết hợp pháp của cả hai bên ký kết hợp đồng.
Hợp đồng này sẽ có hiệu lực và hợp đồng ràng buộc cho cả người bán và người mua sau khi được ký kết hợp pháp của cả hai bên.
Hợp đồng này được thực hiện trong bốn tiếng Anh ban đầu, hai người trong số đó cho mỗi bên. Hợp đồng đã ký qua fax là để được chấp nhận.
