2/ Bên B:
- Trình phương án vận chuyển cho bên A trong vòng 3 ngày làm việc sau khi nhận được đầy đủ chứng từ liên quan đến lô hàng từ bên A chuyển qua.
- Điều động phương tiện vận chuyển có giấy tờ đăng kiểm, bảo hiểm còn hiệu lực; tổ chức tiếp nhận hàng hóa trên phương tiện tại cảng Hải Phòng và vận chuyển hàng hóa đến công trường nhà máy Amon Nitrat bảo đảm an toàn và đúng tiến độ đề ra.
- Cung cấp các giấy tờ, giấy phép của phương tiện và người điều khiển phương tiện cho bên A khi có yêu cầu hoặc để bên A xin giấy phép ra vào cảng or công trường.
- Chịu trách nhiệm việc vận chuyển hàng hóa an toàn từ cảng giao hàng (cảng Hải Phòng) đên công trường xây dựng theo phương thức giao hàng trên phương tiện.
