Các đơn vị/ bộ phận sau khi hoàn thành việc soạn thảo hoặc sửa đổi tài liệu thì chuyển tài liệu qua cho BP ISO. BP.ISO có trách nhiệm kiểm tra tài liệu trước khi chuyển các cấp kiểm tra, cấp kiểm soát và cấp phê duyệt. Tài liệu sẽ được kiểm tra cả về hình thức lẫn nội dung:
