Nghiên cứu thực trạng an toàn tiêm chủng (ATTC) tại 4 quận huyện Hoàng Mai, Hai Bà Trưng, Thanh Trì, Đan Phượng cho thấy: 87,9% các TYT đạt điều kiện về CSVC; 57,6% đạt yêu cầu về trang thiết bị phục vụ cho tiêm chủng; 100% TYT đạt yêu cầu thực hành ATTC; CBYT có mức độ kiến thức đạt chiếm 69,23% và không đạt là 30,77%. Phân tích các trường hợp tai biến nặng sau tiêm chủng trên địa bàn Hà Nội từ 2006 đến 8/2016 cho thấy: Sốc phản vệ sau tiêm chủng Quinvaxem xuất hiện bất kì trong thời điểm nào trong năm, số lô, số liều vắc xin Quinvaxem sử dụng không có mối liên quan với số lượng trường hợp sốc sau tiêm Quivaxem, sốc phản vệ sau tiêm Quinvaxem xảy ra 82% ở trẻ dưới 5 tháng; 79% xuất hiện trong khoảng thời gian từ sau 1 giờ đến 6 giờ sau tiêm, các dấu hiệu thường được phát hiện tại cộng đồng là tím tái và quấy khóc. Không thấy mối liên quan giữa việc tiêm nhiều loại vắc xin thì gia tăng trường hợp sốc phản vệ.
