Thị trường thuốc trong quý I/2016 ổn định, kim ngạch nhập khẩu tăng 26,51% so với quý I/2015.
Thị trường dược phẩm trong quý I/2016 nhìn chung giá thuốc nhập khẩu ổn định, tuy vẫn có một số mặt hàng thuốc biến động (tăng/giảm) nhưng số lượng không lớn và số lượng mặt hàng giảm chiếm ưu thế, theo nguồn tin từ Cục Quản lý giá Bộ Tài chính cho biết.

Thời điểm đầu quý I/2016, do ảnh hưởng của thời tiết (rét, chuyển mùa) ở miền Bắc làm nhu cầu sử dụng một số nhóm thuốc về hô hấp như kháng sinh, giảm đau... tăng, nhưng do nguồn cung các mặt hàng vẫn dồi dào nên không tác động đến giá.

Tính riêng trong tháng 3/2016, thị trường thuốc vẫn tiếp tục ổn định, đáp ứng đủ thuốc cung ứng cho nhu cầu phòng và chữa bệnh của nhân dân.

Để đảm bảo cung ứng ổn định vắc xin cho nhu cầu tiêm chủng dịch vụ của nhân dân, Bộ Y tế đã có công văn số 2211/QLD-KD ngày 18/02/2016 đề nghị Sở Y tế các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương chỉ đạo các đơn vị khẩn trương tổng hợp nhu cầu vắc xin tiêm chủng dịch vụ của các cơ sở tiêm chủng trên địa bàn và thực hiện nghiêm túc công tác dự trù, đặt hàng gửi các đơn vị cung ứng vắc xin.

Theo thông tin về giá thuốc kê khai lại trên trang điện tử của Cục Quản lý dược - Bộ Y tế (tính đến 2/3/2016) có 5 lượt mặt hàng thuốc nhập khẩu kê khai lại giá, 36 lượt mặt hàng thuốc sản xuất trong nước kê khai lại giá.

Dự báo: Giá thuốc trên thị trường tiếp tục ổn định trong tháng 4/2016 và quý II/2016, nguồn cung đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu phòng bệnh và chữa bệnh của người dân.

Nhập khẩu
Theo số liệu thống kê sơ bộ từ TCHQ Việt Nam, tháng 3/2016, cả nước đã nhập khẩu 200,9 triệu USD hàng dược phẩm, tăng 13,2% so với tháng 2/2016, nâng kim ngạch nhập khẩu mặt hàng dược phẩm quý I/2016 lên 576,1 triệu USD, tăng 26,5% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Việt Nam chủ yếu nhập khẩu hàng dược phẩm từ Ấn Độ, Pháp, Đức, Italia… trong đó Ấn Độ là thị trường chính, chiếm 12% tổng kim ngạch, đạt 69,3 triệu USD, tăng 28,69% so với quý I/2015. Thị trường nhập khẩu lớn thứ hai là Pháp, đạt 64,8 triệu USD, tăng 1,96%, kế đến là Đức, tăng 16,15%, đạt 47,8 triệu USD…

Nhìn chung, quý đầu năm nay, nhập khẩu dược phẩm đều tăng trưởng ở các thị trường, số thị trường với tốc độ tăng trưởng dương chiếm 74%, đặc biệt nhập khẩu từ thị trường Philippin tăng mạnh nhất, tăng 218,57%, tuy kim ngạch chỉ đạt 2,7 triệu USD. Ngược lại, thị trường với tốc độ tăng trưởng âm chỉ chiếm 25,9%, trong đó nhập từ Nga giảm mạnh nhất, giảm 69,31% và Achentina giảm 45,66%...

Đáng chú ý, trong quý I/2016, nguồn cung dược phẩm cho Việt Nam có thêm các thị trường khác như Ai Len và Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ , kim ngạch đạt lần lượt 14,2 triệu USD và 3,6 triệu USD.
