Tôi rất giỏi trong làm việc nhóm nhưng đôi khi tôi thấy bản thân mình còn hơi bảo thủ và đôi lúc không biết lắng nghe mọi người xung quanh . Tôi nhận thây điều đó là không tốt , nó sẽ làm ảnh hưởng đén tiến độ công việc và sẽ dễ gây ra xích mích trong nhóm . Vậy nên tôi nghĩ mình cần khắc phục nhược điểm này càng sớm càng tốt , bằng cách tham gia các công việc nhóm ở lớp sôi nổi hơn và biết lắng nghe mọi người nhiều hơn
