Bên mua có quyền hủy bỏ Hợp đồng và đòi hoàn trả toàn bộ số tiền đã thanh toán nếu Bên bán không thực hiện giao hàng như đã cam kết trong thời hạn giao hàng cho phép cộng thêm 3 (ba) tháng trì hoãn.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The buyer has the right to cancel the contract and to reclaim the full amount of the refund payment if the seller does not make delivery as was committed within the time limit of delivery allows plus 3 (three) months delay.
