Em gửi anh báo cáo về việc thu dọn TS, CCDC sau dịp lễ ạ

Thời điểm đi kiểm tra & ghi nhận thông tin là : 10h30-11h20 ngày 3/5/2015

- Khu vực HKP: Hiện tại các anh chị đang dọn phòng nên đồ vải đã bỏ vào túi đựng đồ bẩn và để bên đường.
- Nhà hàng CPL: Bảng đo chiều cao chưa cố định, các stender còn để xung quanh nhà hàng chưa dọn, khay bê đồ còn phơi bên ngoài nhà hàng ----- Đề nghị FB sắp xếp nhân sự thu dọn.
- Khu vực Opera: Phía sau còn vải bạt và một số khúc gỗ bày buffe chưa dọn,trong nhà hội thảo bàn ghế, váy bàn, khay chưa dọn, lộn xộn-> Mr. Thuận đang cho các bạn thu hồi lại toàn bộ đồ rải rác phục vụ ở các nơi về
- Khu vực nhà dịch vụ Forest:
Bếp & Nhà hàng : Hiện đang đông khách nên các bạn vẫn đang phục vụ khách
Khu vực ngoài trời: Trước nhà vệ sinh khách có 03 cây bị cháy nắng sắp chết ------ > Đề nghị bộ phận thông báo tới Trung tâm cảnh quan.
- Khu vực FBC đã dọn dẹp tương đối gọn gang
- Cổng chính: Vẫn đang set up bàn ghế, ô để bán vé ------- > cuối giờ chiều nay kế toán & FO sẽ chuyển trả về cho các bộ phận.
- Khu vực nhận hàng : Hiện tại còn một số công cụ dụng cụ của Bếp mới chuyển về chưa bàn giao được cho bộ phận ------ > Kế toán sẽ thực hiện ngay trong chiều 3/5/2015.
- Còn lại các bộ phận khác đã & đang sắp xếp lại
