Sau khi qua giai đoạn phân tích nhân tố, có 6 nhân tố được đưa vào kiểm định mô hình. Giá trị nhân tố là trung bình của các biến quan sát thành phần thuộc nhân tố đó. Phân tích tương quan Pearson được sử dụng để xem xét sự phù hợp khi đưa các thành phần vào mô hình hồi quy. Kết quả của phân tích hồi quy sẽ được sử dụng để kiểm định các giả thuyết từ H1 đến H6.
