Thư viện Đại học Duy Tân có chức năng phục vụ hoạt động đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học, triển khai ứng dụng khoa học công nghệ và quản lý của Nhà trường. Hàng năm bổ sung thay thế tài liệu, giáo trình phục vụ giảng dạy – học tập và nghiên cứu khoa học, làm tốt thông tin khoa học, thông tin thư viện đến bạn đọc.
