- SEIRI (sàng lọc): là sàng lọc những vật dụng không cần thiết tại nơi làm việc và loại bỏ chúng.
- SEITON (sắp xếp): sắp xếp mọi thứ ngăn nắp, theo một trật tự nhất định, tiện lợi khi sử dụng.
- SEISO (sạch sẽ): là vệ sinh tại nơi làm việc sao cho không còn rác hay bụi bẩn ( kể cả trên nền nhà máy móc và thiết bị)
- SEIKETSU (Săn sóc): là luôn săn sóc giữ gìn nơi làm việc sạch sẽ, thuận tiện và có năng suất bằng cách liên tục thực hiện Seiri, Seiton, Seiso.
- SHITSUKE (Sẵn sàng) : Tạo thành một nề nếp thói quen tự giác làm việc tốt, duy trì môi trường làm việc thuận tiện.
 Khi có vụ việc trộm cắp xảy ra, công ty phải kịp thời báo cho lực lượng chức năng đến điều tra theo quy định, tránh tình trạng nể nang, tránh né, thậm chí sợ đối tượng trả thù.
