Công Việc:
- Chịu trách nhiệm thu chi tiền tại quầy
- Kiểm tra, giám sát và quản lý hàng hóa trong kho
- Tham mưu, giúp đỡ cho ban giám đốc nhà hàng trong việc quản lý và bố trí nhân lực sao cho phù hợp nhất với chế độ chính sách, và đãi ngộ cho người lao động theo luật và quy chế của nhà hàng.
- Kiểm tra, đôn đốc các bộ phận trong nhà hàng thực hiện nghiêm túc nội quy, quy chế nhà hàng.
- Tiếp nhận, tổng hợp thông tin. Xử lý các thông tin theo chức năng, quyền hạn của bản thân.
- Tham mưa giúp giám đốc trong vấn đề tuyển dụng, quản lý nhân lực, điều động, thuyên chuyển người lao động giữa các bộ phận.
- Giải quyết các chế độ chính sách đối với người lao động theo luật định và quy chế nhà hàng.
- Lưu giữ và bổ sung hồ sơ CBCNV kịp thời, chính xác
- Hàng tháng tính lương trả cho CBCNV trong nhà hàng.
- Cuối tháng lập báo cáo chi tiết hàng hóa và báo cáo tổng hợp xuất nhập tồn hàng hóa trong kho, tìm ra nguyên nhân hao hụt hàng hóa (nếu có)
- Theo dõi và giải quyết chế độ BHXH, BHYT cho người lao động toàn Công ty:
+ Theo dõi, cập nhật số liệu tăng giảm BHXH, BHYT và đối chiếu với cơ quan BHXH hàng tháng.
+ Hoàn thiện các hồ sơ, thủ tục và liên hệ với Cơ quan BHXH cho Người lao động tham gia hoặc hưởng các chế độ BHXH, BHYT theo đúng quy định.
