Bộ sẽ thẩm định và ban hành chương trình giáo dục phổ thông các môn này để làm cơ sở biên soạn, lựa chọn sách giáo khoa và học liệu phục vụ việc dạy và học trong trường phổ thông. Các chương trình này được giảng dạy như ngoại ngữ 1. Dự kiến, hoạt động sẽ được tiến hành từ năm 2017.
