V/v: Tổ chức chương trình Lễ khánh thành Phòng thử nghiệm tương thích điện từ

Căn cứ vào Giấy giới thiệu của Công ty TNHH TUV Rheinland Việt Nam ngày 18 tháng 12 năm 2016 gửi tới Ban quản lý KCN Thăng Long 2;
Hôm nay, ngày 19 tháng 02 nam2 2016, chúng tôi là:

Địa chỉ: Số 138 Trần Bình, Phường Mỹ Đình, Quận Nam Từ Liêm, TP. Hà Nội
Xin phép Ban quản lý KCN Thăng Long 2 cấp phép để thi công tổ chức chương trình “Lễ khánh thành phòng thử nghiệm tương thích điện từ” cho Công ty TNHH TUV Rheinland Việt Nam với nội dung công việc như sau:
1. Thi công treo Banner dọc tuyến đường tới Lot H1, KCN Thăng Long 2, huyện Mỹ Hào, tỉnh Hưng Yên, cụ thể là 30 chiếc banner dọc.
Hình thức treo: Cuốn dây thép quanh thân cây
2. Thi công lắp đặt nhà bạt không gian, sân khấu, dựng backdrop sân khấu tại số 7E, Lot H1, KCN Thăng Long 2, huyện Mỹ Hào, tỉnh Hưng Yên.
- Diện tích: 240m2
- Nhà bạt không gian khung sắt, ván gỗ, trải thảm xanh dương làm lối đi
- Sắp xếp bàn, ghế đại biểu, cụ thể là: 2 bàn lễ tân, 8 bàn đại biểu và 100 ghế khách mời được kê trong nhà bạt không gian.
- Hệ thống âm thanh, cabin dịch được lắp đặt trong nhà bạt
3. Thời gian tiến hành thi công: từ ngày 27 tháng 02 năm 2016
- Ngày 27/02/2016: Vận chuyển trang thiết bị từ Hà Nội tới KCN Thăng Long 2;
- Ngày 28-29/02/2016: Tiến hành treo banner, thi công lắp đặt nhà bạt, sân khấu, trang thiết bị;
- Ngày 01/03/2016: Thực hiện chương trình: Lễ khánh thành Phòng thử nghiệm tương thích điện từ.
- Ngày 02/03/2016: Tháo dỡ, vận chuyển về Hà Nội, kết thúc chương trình.
4. Sơ đồ mặt bằng tổ chức được đính kèm trong file.
5. Đơn vị cam kết:
- Thi công, lắp đặt theo đúng sơ đồ trong hồ sơ tổ chức (File đính kèm).
- Thi công đúng thời hạn đã nêu trên.
- Chấp hành đúng và đầy đủ qui định của Ban quản lý KCN Thăng Long 2 về việc thực hiện chương trình Lễ khánh thành phòng thử nghiệm tương thích điện từ.
- Bảo vệ nguyên trạng các tài sản tại khu vực thi công chương trình
