Tôi vừa mua một cái laptop vào chủ nhật tuần rồi.
Nhưng hôm nay nó bị lỗi cửa sổ. Và tôi bảo hành nó ở cửa hàng FPT.
Nhân viên FPT rất vui vẻ và chu đáo.
Nhân viên kỹ thuật có rất nhiều kinh nghiệm.
Sau khi kiểm tra, họ thông báo máy bị lỗi, cần được chạy lại chương trình, và để sửa thì họ cần 30 phút.
Tôi đồng ý và ngồi chờ. Trong lúc chờ, tôi có thể uống nước miễn phí mà họ để sẵn
