Nếu không hợp lý sẽ gửi phản hồi để yêu cầu thêm định mức. Sau khi hai bên đã thống nhất, phòng chuẩn bị sản xuất sẽ tiến hành đặt mua nguyên phụ liệu phù hợp với yêu cầu của mã hàng. Nguyên phụ liệu sau khi chuyển về phải kiểm tra chất lượng số lượng, hoa văn ren phải đúng yêu cầu của mã hàng. Sau đó nguyên phụ liệu sẽ được chuyển về kho nguyên phụ liệu trước khi chuyển ra cắt.
