4. Trưởng ban BQT phải triệu tập họp BQT trong thời hạn 07 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được đề nghị quy định tại khoản 3 Điều này. Trường hợp Trưởng ban không triệu tập họp BQT theo đề nghị thì Trưởng ban phải chịu trách nhiệm về những thiệt hại xảy ra đối chủ sở hữu và cư dân; người đề nghị có quyền thay thế BQT triệu tập họp BQT.
