Điều 22. Hiệu lực của Hợp đồng
22.1. Thời điểm có hiệu lực của Hợp đồng:
Hợp đổng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký và sau khi bên A đã nhận được bảo đảm thực hiện Họp đồng của bên B.
22.2. Tính pháp lý của Hợp đồng xây dựng:
a) Hợp đồng có hiệu lực là cơ sở pháp lý mà bên A, bên B và các bên liên quan có nghĩa vụ thực hiện;
b) Hợp đồng có hiệu lực là cơ sở để giải quyết tranh chấp giữa các bên. Các tranh chấp phát sinh ngoài Hợp đồng sẽ được giải quyết trên cơ sở các quy định của pháp luật có liên quan.
Điều 23. Điều khoản chung
23.1. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng những điều đã quy định trong Họp đồng này;
23.2. Hợp đồng này bao gồm 22 Trang, và 23 Điều, được lập thành 04 bản bằng tiếng Việt, bên A giữ 02 bản tiếng Việt. Bên B sẽ giữ 02 bản tiếng Việt.
