-  Xe và HDV Anh Đức Sài Gòn tourist  đón khách tại điểm hẹn, sau đó đi ăn sáng  tại nhà hàng, khởi hành đến với  Mỹ Tho 
Xe đưa đoàn đi qua Phú Mỹ Hưng –  khu đô thị nỗi tiếng với những đại lộ ỡ phía Nam Sài Gòn, Quý khách sẽ được đi qua con đường cao tốc xuôi về Miền Tây. 

-  09h30 Đoàn đến bến tàu :
Du thuyền trên sông Tiền, tham quan làng cá nổi của Mỹ Tho ngắm nhìn vàm Kỳ Hôn, cửa sông Tiền, và bốn cù lao Long, Lân, Qui, Phụng. Mỗi khách sẽ được thưởng thức một quả dừa tươi trên tàu.
 Ngắm nhìn chiều cao cầu Rạch Miễu từ dưới thuyền và đoàn dừng chân tại  khu du lịch Thới Sơn trên cù lao Lân, theo con đường làng vào tham quan nhà dân, uống trà mật ong,thưởng thức các sản phẩm từ ong. 
-    Tham quan lò kẹo dừa Bến Tre. 
Vào vườn trái cây thưởng thức trái cây, nghe đàn ca tài tử nam bộ.
-    Đi đò chèo trên rạch nhỏ dưới hai hàng dừa nước xanh mát
11h30 Đi đò đến cù lao Phụng  khách tham quan và tìm hiểu di tích ông Đạo Dừa khách có thể tham gia câu cá sấu, cầu khỉ Nam Bộ hay sinh hoạt tập thể tại cù lao.
-    12h30 Đoàn dùng cơm trưa tại nhà hàng Cồn Phụng.

-    14h30 Đoàn trở về Mỹ Tho khởi hành đi tham quan chùa Vĩnh Tràng ( ngôi chùa cổ nhất ở đồng bằng sông Cửu Long)
-    Đoàn tiếp tục tham quan cầu Rạch Miễu từ trên cao, một trong những cây cầu dây văng ở Nam Bộ, tham quan trại rắn Đồng Tâm – khu nuôi trồng và chế biến dược liệu từ rắn lớn nhất Nam Bộ ( Nếu khách có nhu cầu, Chi phí khách tự túc).
