Căn cứ hợp đồng kinh tế số: 9910003987/HĐDV/2016/TLCC-ANMA, ký ngày 23/ 03 /2016 giữa Công ty cổ phần xi măng Thăng Long và Công ty TNHH công nghệ và truyền thông An Ma Việt nam về việc bảo trì và sửa chữa hệ thống máy chủ, toàn bộ phần việc theo hợp đồng đã được Công ty TNHH Công nghệ và Truyền thong An Ma Việt Nam thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ và được bàn giao đưa vào hoạt động vào giữa tháng 6 năm 2016,

Căn cứ điều khoản thanh toán trong hợp đồng kinh tế số 9910003987/HĐDV/2016/TLCC-ANMA, ký ngày 23/ 03 /2016 giữa hai bên: Bên Mua sẽ thanh toán 100% giá trị hợp đồng cho bên Bán trong vòng 30,

Căn cứ rất nhiều đề nghị thanh toán và email đề nghị thanh toán đã được gửi nhiều lần tới quý Công ty Cổ phần xi măng Thăng Long,

Tính đến thời điểm hiện tại, ngày 30/09/2016, tính theo hợp đồng là 06 tháng, tính theo biên bản nghiệm thu và bàn giao là hơn 3 tháng, Quý công ty đã chậm thanh toán cho chúng tôi toàn bộ giá trị hợp đồng, với số tiền là: 113.410.000VND. Điều này gây nhiều thiệt hại cho công ty chúng tôi. Đặc biệt, điều này vi phạm nghiêm trọng luật kinh tế nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt nam, có dấu hiệu vi phạm hình sự.

Trên tinh thần hợp tác, bằng email cuối cùng này, chúng tôi đề nghị Quý Công ty Cổ phần xi măng Thăng Long thực hiện việc thanh toán 100% giá trị hợp đồng là: 113.410.000VND cho chúng tôi trước ngày 10/10/2016. Nếu hết ngày 10/10/2016, Công ty TNHH Công nghệ và Truyền thong An Ma Việt Nam chữa nhận được thanh toán từ Công ty Cổ phần Xi măng Thăng Long, Công ty TNHH Công nghệ và Truyền thong An Ma Việt Nam chính thức khởi kiện Công ty Cổ phần Xi măng Thăng Long về hành vi lừa đảo, chiếm đoạt tài sản.
