- Tất cả sản phẩm cuối cùng khi bàn

- Tất cả sản phẩm cuối cùng khi bàn giao cho Bên A phải phù hợp với Hợp đồng, có đủ căn cứ pháp lý và được Bên A nghiệm thu. Sản phẩm giao nộp cuối cùng theo Hợp đồng sẽ là tài sản của Bên A.
- Tham gia nghiệm thu các giai đoạn, nghiệm thu hoàn thành hạng mục công trình và toàn bộ công trình khi có yêu cầu của Bên A.
- Bên B không được tiết lộ bất kỳ thông tin bí mật hay độc quyền nào liên quan đến công việc tư vấn, Hợp đồng hay các hoạt động công việc của Bên A khi chưa được Bên A đồng ý và chấp thuận trước bằng văn bản.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-All final products when delivered to A Party must conform with the contract, there is enough legal base and was A Party. The last delivered products according to the contract shall be the property of A Party.-Join the stage, completed projects and the whole project when requested by A Party.-Side B not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information regarding the contract, consulting work or the activities of A Party when the job is not yet A Party agreed and approved in advance in writing.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- All the final product when delivered to Party A must conform to the contract, there is sufficient legal grounds and accepted by Party A. Last Deliverables under the Contract shall be the property of the Party A.
- Joined the acceptance stage, complete acceptance of works and the whole project as required by Party A.
- Party B not to disclose any confidential or proprietary relating to consultancy work, contract work or activities of Party A without A agreed and approved in advance in writing.
