• Công ty Cổ Phần May Việt Hàn không khuyến khích và không sử dụng lao động trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi.
• Công nhân từ 16 tuổi đến dưới 18 tuổi, Văn phòng có trách nhiệm lập hồ sơ theo dõi để can thiệp với các cấp quản lý, các bộ phận để bố trí về thời gian lao động, giải quyết các chế độ cứu trợ theo đúng thủ tục.
