ĐIỀU 10. GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP
10.1. Bất kỳ tranh chấp nào phát sinh liên quan đến Hợp đồng này, trước hết sẽ được các bên thương lượng giải quyết tối đa 15 ngày làm việc; hết thời gian này, nếu không đạt được hợp đồng giải quyết bằng văn bản, thương lượng được coi là không thành.
10.2. Trường hợp thương lượng không thành, bất kỳ bên nào cũng có quyền đưa vụ việc ra tòa án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam để giải quyết; bên thua kiện phải bồi thường toàn bộ chi phí phát sinh, kể cả chi phí thuê luật sư của bên thắng kiện.
ĐIỀU 11. ĐIỀU KHOẢN THI HÀNH
11.1. Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày hai bên ký kết và có thời hạn trong thời hạn 03 (ba) năm và có thể được gia hạn theo sự thỏa thuận giữa hai bên.
11.2. Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện đầy đủ các nội dung đã thỏa thuận trong Hợp đồng này và các phụ lục kèm theo.
11.3. Hợp đồng này được lập thành bốn (04) bản, giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ hai (02) bản để tham chiếu, thực hiện.
ĐỂ XÁC NHẬN SỰ NHẤT TRÍ với các nội dung đã ghi trong Hợp đồng này, đại diện có thẩm quyền của Các Bên ký tên dưới đây.

Article 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION10.1. Any dispute relating to this agreement, will be negotiated by the parties to resolve up to 15 working days; most of this time, if not reach contract settlement in writing, negotiation is considered failed. 10.2. in case negotiations fail, any party would also have the right to take the case out of court jurisdiction in Vietnam to settle; loser must compensate the full cost, including the cost of hiring lawyers by the prevailing party. ARTICLE 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. Any dispute arising in relation to this Agreement, the parties will first negotiate and settle a maximum of 15 working days; all this time, if not reach contract settlement in writing, negotiation is regarded as unsuccessful.
10.2. Where negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent court in Vietnam for settlement; the losing party must compensate all costs incurred, including the cost of renting the prevailing party's attorney.
ARTICLE 11. IMPLEMENTING PROVISIONS
11.1. The contract takes effect from the date of the signing and was valid for a period of three (03) years and may be renewed by mutual agreement between the two parties.
11.2. The two sides pledged to fully implement the agreed contents of this contract and the annexes attached.
11.3. This contract is made ​​in four (04) copies of the same legal value, each party keeps two (02) copies to the reference made.
