Đây là phương thức đổi vị trí, nhiệm vụ cho nhau. Phương thức này yêu cầu 2 learners từ tổ chức đổi vai trò cho nhau (2 người này có thể làm việc ở 2 lĩnh vực khác nhau) nhằm mực đích giúp cho 2 laerners có thể có được kiến thức về lĩnh vực cần thiết của bản thân.
