Nếu tôi có một sự lựa chọn thì tôi sẽ chọn làm việc theo đội nhóm. Bởi vì không ai là hoàn hảo, làm việc theo nhóm sẽ tập trung và tận dụng được những mặt mạnh của từng
thành viên .Làm việc nhóm sẽ giúp bản thân mình hoàn thiện hơn , mỗi người có thể phát huy được khả năng tiềm tàng của mình và có thể học hỏi nhiều điều từ những thành viên khác trong nhóm. Qua đó chúng ta sẽ cởi mở, thân thiện hơn với mọi người xung quanh
Làm việc nhóm không chỉ giúp ta có động lực học tập tốt hơn mà còn giúp ta phát triển các kỹ năng làm việc cần thiết trong tương lai như kĩ năng lãnh đạo, đàm phán, quản lý thời gian, cùng nhau giải quyết vấn đề, kĩ năng giao tiếp, và đôi khi cả kĩ năng dàn xếp mâu thuẫn. Khi làm việc nhóm thì hiệu quả công việc sẽ cao hơn, tốc độ hoàn thành côngviệc sẽ nhanh hơn vì có sự đóng góp từ nhiều người, mọi người có thể hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, động viên, chia sẻ với nhau khi gặp khó khăn. Nhóm để lại trong tôi nhiều ấn tượng và nhiều kỉ niệm nhất đó là nhóm Ecoday, qua đó tôi được làm việc với những người mà tôi chưa từng quen biết, cùng nhau nỗ lực để vượt qua những khó khăn để đạt kết quả tốt nhất. vì vậy làm việc theo nhóm là một kĩ năng rất cần thiết đối với mỗi người.
