3.1 Các cuộc họp điều hành thi công định kỳ: Bên B phải cử người có thẩm quyền tham dự họp báo cáo tiến độ và chất lượng thi công (bằng văn bản) ở các cuộc họp. Bên A có quyền triệu tập cuộc họp bất thường vào bất kỳ lúc nào trong quá trình thi công, bên B phải cử người có thẩm quyền tham dự.

3.1 Construction Executive meetings periodically: party B to the election authority attending meetings to report the progress and quality of the construction (in writing) in the meeting. Party A has the right to convene extraordinary meetings at any time during construction, party B must send authorized to attend.
