Văn phòng UBND tỉnh vừa có Thông báo kết luận của Bí thư Tỉnh ủy, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Lê Viết Chữ về giải quyết những vướng mắc, đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện dự án Khu đô thị mới phục vụ tái định cư Khu II Đê bao, thành phố Quảng Ngãi.

Theo đó, về phương án quy hoạch: Thống nhất phương án Quy hoạch Khu đô thị mới phục vụ tái định cư Khu II Đê Bao, thành phố Quảng Ngãi như đề xuất của UBND thành phố Quảng Ngãi; quá trình hoàn thiện hồ sơ, UBND thành phố chỉnh sửa một số nội dung sau: Không bố trí quỹ đất dành cho hệ thống đường sắt nhẹ trên cao dọc theo đường Chu Văn An vào phương án quy hoạch; Mở rộng mặt cắt đường Chu Văn An về phía Đông, đảm bảo mặt cắt đường rộng 27m theo nội dung kết luận tại Thông báo số 235/TB-UBND ngày 22/8/2015.

Yêu cầu UBND thành phố khẩn trương hoàn thiện hồ sơ gửi Sở Xây dựng thẩm định trước ngày 22/9/2015. Sở Xây dựng tổ chức thẩm định ngay sau khi nhận hồ sơ đề nghị của UBND thành phố, trình UBND tỉnh xem xét, phê duyệt trước ngày 26/9/2015.

Về dự án đầu tư: Thống nhất chủ trương bổ sung 80m đường Ngô Thì Nhậm, đoạn nối ra đường Tôn Đức Thắng (ngoài ranh giới quy hoạch) và khối lượng san nền phía Bắc khu vực quy hoạch (khoảng 02 ha) vào dự án. UBND thành phố Quảng Ngãi có trách nhiệm khẩn trương hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ dự án theo chủ trương trên, gửi Sở Xây dựng thẩm định, trình UBND tỉnh xem xét phê duyệt. Đồng thời, yêu cầu Sở Xây dựng tổ chức thẩm định ngay sau khi nhận hồ sơ đề nghị của UBND thành phố.

Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh yêu cầu Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường khẩn trương nghiên cứu, tham mưu UBND tỉnh xem xét, bổ sung kế hoạch sử dụng đất dự án Khu đô thị mới phục vụ tái định cư Khu II Đê Bao ngay sau khi nhận được hồ sơ đề nghị của UBND thành phố Quảng Ngãi.

Để đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện dự án, thống nhất chủ trương cho UBND thành phố ban hành thông báo thu hồi đất của dự án đồng thời với công tác thẩm định và phê duyệt dự án, làm cơ sở tiến hành công tác khảo sát, kiểm kê, lập phương án bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng.

Khu vực nghiên cứu lập quy hoạch chi tiết 1/500 Khu đô thị mới phục vụ tái định cư Khu II Đê bao, thành phố Quảng Ngãi nằm tại Khu Đê bao II, phường Lê Hồng Phong, TP.Quảng Ngãi, với diện tích tự nhiên là 8,26ha.
