1. Thiết lập, duy trì, bảo đảm kết nối, tiêu chuẩn kết nối giữa Cổng giao dịch điện tử của Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam với Tổ chức I-VAN để thực hiện cung cấp dịch vụ giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội. Vận hành hệ thống tiếp nhận và xử lý dữ liệu bảo hiểm xã hội điện tử bảo đảm liên tục, toàn vẹn, an ninh, an toàn và bảo mật.
2. Tiếp nhận hồ sơ và giải quyết yêu cầu của người sử dụng lao động về giao dịch điện tử trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm xã hội.
3. Hỗ trợ người sử dụng lao động trong việc nhận, truyền, lưu trữ, phục hồi thông điệp dữ liệu giao dịch điện tử khi được yêu cầu.
4. Hỗ trợ về nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm xã hội cho Tổ chức I-VAN để thực hiện các giao dịch nhận, truyền, lưu trữ, phục hồi thông điệp dữ liệu giao dịch điện tử giữa người sử dụng lao động với Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam.
