Công cụ đánh giá sâu kĩ năng đọc của học sinh lớp 2 và lớp 5 nghi có khó khăn về đọc được thiết kế theo 5 tiểu thang đo: a) đọc chữ và dấu thanh; b) đọc vần; c) đọc tiếng có nghĩa và tiếng rỗng; e) đọc và hiểu câu; và d) đọc và tìm hiểu bài.
