Trường hợp các bên không quy định r

Trường hợp các bên không quy định rõ hạn mức cho mỗi loại hình cấp tín dụng (cho vay, bảo lãnh, bao thanh toán, chiết khấu, sử dụng thẻ) thì tổng hạn mức của các loại hình cấp tín dụng không vượt quá hạn mức nêu tại Điều này.

Where the parties do not specify limits for each type of credit (loans, guarantees, factoring, discounting, use the tag) then the total quota of this type of credit does not exceed the limits stated in this article.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the parties do not specify limits for each type of grant credit (loans, guarantees, factoring, discount, use the card), the total limit of the type of credit granted shall not exceed the limit those specified in this Article.
