Theo điều tra của VCCI, hơn 63% số doanh nghiệp được khảo sát chỉ nghe nói về phòng vệ nhưng không biết rõ, 15% không hề biết gì; 56% số doanh nghiệp không biết hoặc không có thông tin về việc hàng hóa nước ngoài cạnh tranh không lành mạnh về giá Việt Nam; 71% doanh nghiệp cho là khó có khả năng tập hợp lực lượng, 86% doanh nghiệp nhận định khó khăn trong việc huy động nguồn lực, và 41% cho biết không thể đáp ứng nhân lực cho 1 vụ kiện phòng vệ thương mại. Trên 1/3 số doanh nghiệp hoàn toàn không thể tập hợp được các thông tin chứng minh thiệt hại trong ngành.

According to the Census of VCCI, over 63% of businesses surveyed only heard about but didn't know defense, 15% knew nothing; 56% of enterprises did not know or had no information on foreign goods, unfair competition on price Vietnam; 71% for business is hardly likely to gather force, 86% of businesses identified difficulties in mobilizing resources, and 41% said it could not meet the manpower for 1 commercial defense litigation. On 1/3 of the complete business could not gather the information to prove damages in the industry.
