Khi có yêu cầu phát sinh từ Bên A, hai bên tiến hành ký xác nhận báo giá và bản vẽ (nếu có) cho phát sinh đó làm căn cứ để thi công và quyết toán. Khi quyết toán cuối công trình, tập hợp tất cả các phát sinh đã được hai bên xác nhận để làm phụ lục hợp đồng phát sinh.
