Vai trò thiết yếu của đội ngũ phục vụ trong chất lượng phục vụ:
Về việc nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ phục vụ thì tổ trưởng các bộ phận của khách sạn đã có biện pháp và cách thức nâng cao chất lượng phục vụ khá tốt cũng như công tác đào tạo, tuyển dụng nhưng công tác quản lý chất lượng phục vụ chưa định hình rõ ràng và thiếu quy chế về quản lý chất lượng phục vụ trong khách sạn. Vì vậy, ban giám đốc cần có một quy chế về quản lý chất lượng phục vụ về việc nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ phục vụ mà nhân viên khách sạn có vai trò thiết yếu.

- Phải đa chức năng và làm việc theo nhóm (Multi – Funcioned):
Đây là một trong nhưng yếu tố góp phần tạo nên sự khác biệt trong nội bộ của khách sạn Hương Sen so với các khách sạn khác trong khu vực. Yếu tố này góp phần làm cho nhân viên khách sạn không những giỏi về chuyên môn mà còn có thể làm tốt các công việc được giao.
