2.3.2 Hệ thống ống thu gom nước rỉ rác của ô chôn lấp số 4 (đã hoàn thành xây dựng, ô chôn lấp số 4 đang tiếp nhận rác)
Trước khi thi công hệ thống ống thu gom nước rỉ rác, phía trên lớp lót đáy (tham khảo cấu tạo ô chôn lấp được trình bày trong mục 9.1), VWS tiến hành đổ một lớp cát dày 1m, gọi là lớp cát LCRS (cát thu nước rỉ rác), trong lớp cát này là hệ thống thu nước rỉ rác gồm các ống HDPE có đường kính Φ250mm, có khe thu nước cùng với một lớp đá thoát nước 1x2cm dày khoảng 25cm phủ phía trên, tất cả được gói trong một lớp vải địa kỹ thuật.
6 tuyến ống thu nước rỉ rác được bố trí theo chiều dọc và ngang của ô chôn lấp số 4 kiểu hình lưới ô vuông. Các ống này nối với các ống gối lên đê và sau đó được hệ thống bơm, bơm nước dẫn về trạm XLNT.
