Trong giai đoạn tiếp theo thực hiện kiểm toán, Kiểm Toán Viên của công ty VAAL sẽ tới công ty khách hàng thực hiện kiểm toán các phần hành cụ thể như kiểm tra hệ thống Kiểm Soát Nội Bộ, kiểm tra cơ bản Bảng Cân Đối Kế Toán, kiểm tra cơ bản Báo Cáo Kết Quả Hoạt Động Kinh Doanh và các nội dung khác theo chương trình kiểm toán mà công ty đã xây dựng. Tùy vào tình hình thực tế mà Kiểm Toán Viên sẽ tiến hành tìm hiểu và đánh giá những nhiệm vụ chính, quyết định cỡ mẫu, tăng hoặc giảm các thủ tục cho từng phần hành cụ thể để đảm bảo hợp lý rủi ro Báo Cáo Tài Chính không có sai sót trọng yếu.
