Căn cứ luật tổ chức chính quyền địa phương ngày 19/06/2015;
Căn cứ nghị định số 136/2007/ NĐ-CP của chính phủ ngày 17/08/2007 qui định về xuất cảnh, nhập cảnh của công dân việt nam, Nghị định số 94/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 16/10/2015 của chính phủ sửa đôi, bổ sung 1 số điều của gnhij định số 136/2007/NĐ-CP ngày 18/07/2007 của chính phủ về việc xuất cảnh, nhập cảnh của công dân việt nam;
Xét đề nghị của giám đốc sở giáo dục và đào tạo tại văn bản số 755/ SGDĐT-TCCB ngày 25/07/2016,
Điều 1. Cử đoàn cán bộ gồm 02 người có tên dưới đây đi dự khóa bồi dưỡng nâng cao năng lực công nghệ thông tin cho các cán bộ, giáo viên cốt cán của hệ thống giáo dục thường xuyên tại Hàn QUốc:

Điều 3. Chánh văn phòng ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh, giám đốc sở giáo dục và đào tạo, chủ tịch ủy ban nhân dân huyện Hoa Lư, thủ trưởng các đơn vị có liên quan và 02 ông bà có tên tại điều 1 chịu trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này.
