Các đơn vị trực thuộc được sắp xếp công việc một cách linh hoạt, vừa tham gia quản lý vừa tham gia sản xuất trực tiếp khi có yêu cầu của Ban giám đốc:

2. Phòng kế hoạch- kỹ thuật
3. Hội đồng khoa học và chuyên gia tư vấn
4. Phòng tài chính tổng hợp
