1. Mở thẻ tiết kiệm/Tiền Gửi có KH
- Bước 1: Tư vấn và tiếp nhận yêu cầu khách hàng
- Bước 2: Kiểm đếm tiền và xử lý yêu cầu của khách hàng trên hệ thống korebank.
- Bước 3: KSV phê duyệt chứng từ và giao dịch trên Korebank
- Bước 4: TTV in phiếu hạch toán, in thẻ tiết kiệm
- Bước 5: Ký duyệt phát hành thẻ tiết kiệm
- Bước 6: Trả kết quả cho khách hàng, lưu chứng từ và kết thúc giao dịch.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

1. open the card/savings Deposits have KH-Step 1: consult and receive customer requests-Step 2: counting money and handle customer requests on the korebank system.-Step 3: KSV approve vouchers and deals on Korebank-Step 4: TTV in accounting voucher, print savings card-Step 5: signed savings card-Step 6: Return results to the client, save the document and end the transaction.
