Chúng tôi tiến hành xác định trình tự gen COI của DNA ty thể theo phương pháp đọc trực tiếp từ sản phẩm PCR tinh sạch của tất cả các mẫu nghiên cứu theo 2 chiều bằng cặp mồi MAB- F và MAB- R.
Sau khi kiểm tra, so sánh và xử lý các vùng trùng nhau bằng phần mềm Bioedit, chúng tôi đã thu được trình tự nucleotide hoàn chỉnh của gen COI của 45 mẫu cá chim vây vàng thuộc ba nhóm vây ngắn, trung bình và dài. Sử dụng kết quả này, chúng tôi tiến hành so sánh các trình tự gen COI của 45 mẫu cá thể thuộc ba nhóm nghiên cứu với nhau để thể hiện sự khác biệt giữa các trình tự nucleotide.

We conduct gene sequencing of mitochondrial DNA TREATED by the method of reading directly from the PCR product purification of all the samples studied by 2 p.m. by pairs of primers MAB-F and MAB-R. After checking, comparison and processing of duplicate parts by Bioedit software, we have obtained the complete nucleotide of the gene COI fish template 45 yellow fin bird's in three groups of short, medium and long fins. Using this result, we conducted comparing the sequences of the genes COI of 45 individual samples in three research groups together to express the difference between the nucleotide sequence.

After testing investigate, compare and handling overlapping regions using BioEdit software, we have obtained the complete nucleotide sequences of the COI gene of 45 specimens belonging to three groups of birds yellow fin fin short, medium and long. Using these results, we compared the COI gene sequences of 45 specimens of three research groups together to show the difference between the nucleotide sequences.
