23.1.5. Việc sửa đổi, bổ sung đối với Hợp đồng trong từng thời điểm cụ thể được thực hiện theo thủ tục sau đây:
a. Bên đưa ra yêu cầu sửa đổi, bổ sung phải thông báo cho bên kia về ý định sửa đổi, bổ sung đó và dự thảo các nội dung sửa đổi, bổ sung trước ít nhất 25 ngày tính đến ngày dự kiến sửa đổi, bổ sung;
b. Trong thời hạn 25 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo về ý định sửa đổi, bổ sung bên nhận được thông báo có trách nhiệm trả lời đối với bên yêu cầu về việc sửa đổi, bổ sung đó.
23.1.6. Các Bên có thể lựa chọn việc sửa đổi, bổ sung theo hình thức ký kết một Hợp đồng sửa đổi hoặc bổ sung phụ lục sửa đổi, bổ sung đối với Hợp đồng BOT này.
