Mục đích của phần này là thảo luận mô hình cá nhân về phát triển lãnh đạo của tôi. Tôi chọn cây hoa hồng là đại diện cho sự phát triển của tôi. Như một cây tôi chia mô hình cá nhân của tôi thành 4 phần chính. Phần đầu tiên là rễ, nó đại diện cho nền tảng của tôi, nó bao gồm những đặc điểm cá nhân của tôi như kỹ năng, nguồn lực, thái độ, tính cách và các giá trị cá nhân của tôi. Phần thứ hai là thân cây cho thấy kinh nghiệm và kiến thức hiện tại của tôi cũng như tiềm năng của tôi trong việc lãnh đạo. thứ ba là đài hoa cho thấy một phần phát triển của cá nhân tôi, là điểm tựa cho các hoạt động, kỹ năng của tôi được cải thiện hoặc phát triển trong tương lai. phần thứ tư là bông hoa thể hiện mục tiêu của tôi trong tương lai là trở thành chuyển đổi lãnh đạo.

The purpose of this section is to discuss personal model about developing my leadership. I picked the tree rose is representing my development. As a tree I divide my personal model into four main sections. The first part is the root, it represents my platform, it includes my personal traits like skills, resources, attitudes, character and personal values. The second part is the trunk and my current knowledge as well as my potential in command. the third is the calyx showed part of my personal development, is the fulcrum for activities, my skill is improved or developed in the future. the fourth part is the flower depicted my future goal is to become the leader of transformation.
