chính – nhân sự trình Giám đốc xét duyệt.
Sau khi đƣợc phê duyệt bản kế hoạch thì phòng nhân sự phối hợp với
các bộ phận có liên quan tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch đã đề ra.
Trƣờng hợp yêu cầu tuyển dụng không phù hợp hoặc không đƣợc xét duyệt, phòng
Hành chính – nhân sự sẽ thông báo lại cho phòng ban có yêu cầu đó biết để tiến hành
điều chỉnh lại
